Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

How to Return: Contact our support team at support@neonstick.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: If your item is defective or arrives damaged, we’ll send a free replacement or offer a full refund.
